What is Saber?
Is an integrated electronic platform that allows traders of commercial products to register their facilities and products whether they are imported or manufactured locally. This is done to obtain a product conformity certificate then the shipment certificate for products that are intended to be sold in the Saudi market.
What is PCOC?
The product conformity certificate (PCOC) is a certificate required for all imported goods in order to complete the customs clearance process. Obtaining the certificate is confirmation that the products imported into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia conform to the specifications and safety standards. The certificates are issued by conformity assessment bodies acceptable to the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, and authorized Issuing certificates of conformity for products
